Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Appointment Setter to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal Work From Home role, you will be the initial point of contact for prospective clients, playing a crucial part in our sales funnel by identifying and qualifying leads, and then effectively scheduling appointments for our senior sales consultants. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for outbound communication, primarily through phone calls and email, to engage with potential clients. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to identify potential leads and generate interest in Career.zycto's services.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and decision-making processes.
- Successfully schedule appointments and demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified appointments.
- Continuously learn about Career.zycto's offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value to prospects.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and strategies to improve conversion rates.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an outbound calling, telemarketing, or lead generation role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and engaging phone presence.
