Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
- Learn to perform routine diagnostic tests and preventive maintenance on various technical equipment.
- Shadow experienced technicians during on-site service calls and repairs, observing and actively participating where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment used, and inventory levels.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality standards in all technical operations.
- Support the team in managing technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Continuously engage in learning new technologies and technical procedures through provided training and self-study.
