As an A&R Administrator, you will be instrumental in supporting our A&R managers and executives, handling everything from demo submissions and artist liaison to contract management and project coordination. You will manage extensive databases, track key deadlines, and prepare detailed reports, all while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks, anticipate needs, and communicate effectively will be paramount in this fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and log all demo submissions, ensuring timely review and feedback processes.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the A&R team and artists.
  • Maintain comprehensive artist databases, contact lists, and project tracking systems.
  • Assist with the preparation and administration of artist contracts, clearances, and agreements.
  • Liaise with artists, management, legal teams, and other internal departments.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and budgets for A&R projects and initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Support the A&R team with general administrative tasks, including expense reports and office organisation.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality requirements in a creative industry.
  • Genuine passion for music and a good understanding of current industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree or relevant qualification in Music Business, Arts Administration, or a related field.
