Career.zycto is seeking a highly organized and proactive A&R Administrator to join our dynamic team in Caterham. This pivotal role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to our A&R department, playing a crucial part in the discovery, development, and management of our artists. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks, managing critical information, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain A&R executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and extensive travel arrangements.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and track departmental budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.
- Coordinate the efficient handling of demo submissions, including logging, screening, and ensuring timely feedback to artists.
- Assist with crucial contract administration duties, which include drafting standard agreements, tracking deadlines, and maintaining an organized digital and physical filing system.
- Maintain and update comprehensive artist databases and project files, ensuring all information is current and easily accessible.
- Prepare detailed presentations, reports, and other documents for A&R meetings, label showcases, and executive reviews.
- Serve as a key liaison, facilitating communication between artists, their management teams, legal departments, marketing, and other internal divisions.
- Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism at all times, safeguarding sensitive data.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of proven administrative experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong computer literacy.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of clear and concise articulation.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to evolving priorities.
- Strong sense of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
