This full-time role is crucial in supporting our Artists & Repertoire (A&R) department, ensuring smooth operations and enabling our A&R executives to focus on discovering and nurturing exceptional talent. As an A&R Administrator, you will be the backbone of our talent acquisition and development processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the A&R team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and update a robust database of artist submissions, demos, and talent scouting information.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and contractual documents related to talent agreements.
  • Manage incoming communications, screen inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate A&R team members.
  • Coordinate logistics for talent showcases, workshops, and recording sessions (if applicable), ensuring all necessary resources are available.
  • Act as a central point of contact for external partners, artists, and internal departments regarding A&R projects.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and maintain accurate financial records for the A&R department.
  • Assist with research and data gathering on emerging talent, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information pertaining to talent and company strategies.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within the creative, entertainment, or talent management industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
