As a critical member of our Artist & Repertoire team, you will be instrumental in the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks that underpin our artists’ journeys from promising demos to chart-topping releases. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate travel arrangements for A&R executives and artists, and facilitate crucial communication between artists, producers, legal teams, and internal departments, ensuring that all aspects of A&R operations run seamlessly. Your role extends to maintaining comprehensive databases of artist contacts, demo submissions, and project statuses, acting as the central hub for vital information flow.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain A&R team calendars, scheduling meetings, studio sessions, and travel arrangements.
- Process and track demo submissions, ensuring timely review and feedback loops.
- Act as a primary point of contact for artist queries and liaison between artists and internal departments.
- Prepare and disseminate various documents, including contracts, release forms, and copyright registrations.
- Maintain and update comprehensive artist databases, contact lists, and project management systems.
- Assist with budgeting and expense reporting for A&R projects and travel.
- Coordinate logistics for A&R events, showcases, and promotional activities.
- Conduct research on emerging artists, market trends, and competitive landscape as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the A&R team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
