Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented A&R Administrator to join a thriving team in the heart of Badshot Lea, Farnham. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in supporting the A&R department’s daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow for talent scouting, development, and artist relations. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organise the A&R department's administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
  • Process and log demo submissions, ensuring timely review and feedback where appropriate.
  • Maintain and update artist databases, contact lists, and project tracking systems with accuracy.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and internal communications for A&R meetings.
  • Assist with budgeting and expense reporting for the A&R department.
  • Coordinate with legal teams for contract administration and intellectual property management.
  • Facilitate communication between A&R executives, artists, managers, and other internal departments.
  • Research emerging artists, industry trends, and competitive landscape to support A&R initiatives.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Provide general administrative support to the A&R team as needed.

Required Skills

  • Proven administrative experience, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
