Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain artist databases, contact lists, and project tracking systems with precision.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules for A&R executives and artists.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of contracts, agreements, and legal documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and budget tracking for A&R projects.
- Act as a primary point of contact for artists, management, and internal departments regarding administrative queries.
- Research and compile market data, competitor analysis, and talent scouting reports to support A&R initiatives.
- Organize and archive digital and physical assets, including demos, press kits, and promotional materials.
- Facilitate communication between A&R, legal, marketing, and finance departments.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support event planning and coordination for showcases, listening sessions, and industry events.
Required Skills
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within the music, entertainment, or creative industries.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management software.
