Key Responsibilities
- Provide extensive administrative support to A&R managers and executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Manage and organise artist submissions, demos, and promotional materials, ensuring proper cataloguing and distribution to relevant team members.
- Maintain and update comprehensive artist databases, tracking key information such as contact details, project statuses, and contractual agreements.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries for A&R team members and artists, as required.
- Assist with the preparation of contracts, presentations, reports, and other critical documents.
- Facilitate communication between A&R, legal, marketing, and other internal departments.
- Track and manage A&R budgets, expenses, and invoices, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Organise and archive digital and physical files, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance with data management policies.
- Research emerging artists, producers, and trends in the music industry to support A&R scouting efforts.
- Support event planning and coordination for showcases, listening sessions, and artist promotional activities.
Required Skills
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within the music, entertainment, or creative industries.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
