Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the A&R department's submission database, tracking artist demos, contacts, and related materials.
  • Coordinate complex calendars and schedules for A&R executives, including internal meetings, artist showcases, and industry events.
  • Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external inquiries regarding demo submissions and general A&R departmental matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, reports, and internal communications for A&R meetings.
  • Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data integrity and adherence to privacy policies.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements and logistics for A&R executives and artists as required.
  • Conduct preliminary research on emerging artists, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Order office supplies and manage general administrative needs for the A&R team.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Legal, Marketing, Finance) to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.

Required Skills

  • Proven administrative experience, preferably within the music, entertainment, or creative industries.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
