Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the A&R team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Manage and organize A&R databases, artist information, demo submissions, and tracking systems with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and distribution of artist contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, studio sessions, and showcases, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Act as a central point of contact for artists, management, producers, and internal departments, facilitating smooth communication.
- Monitor A&R project budgets, track expenses, and process invoices in coordination with the finance department.
- Research and compile information on emerging artists, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to support A&R scouting efforts.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and various communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive artist and company information.
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support the A&R department's objectives.
Required Skills
