Key Responsibilities

- Support the Talent Development team in creating and refining development plans for signed artists, focusing on artistic growth and market positioning.
- Manage and organize talent databases, ensuring all prospect and artist information is current and easily accessible.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning discussions.
- Assist with logistical support for artist showcases, recording sessions, and promotional events.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on potential talent and industry insights.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the A&R and Talent Development departments.
