This includes attending live showcases (both virtual and in-person, as applicable), delving into demo submissions, conducting market research to pinpoint emerging genres and artists, and helping to craft compelling narratives for our talent roster.

Key Responsibilities
- Scout and identify emerging artists, musicians, producers, and creative talent through various platforms (online, live shows, submissions).
- Review demo submissions and provide constructive feedback and recommendations to the A&R team.
- Conduct market research on current music trends, artist performance, and competitive landscapes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of talent showcases and development workshops.
- Support the A&R team in administrative tasks, scheduling, and project coordination.
- Contribute to the development of artist profiles and marketing materials.
