Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the discovery and evaluation of new musical talent across various genres and platforms.
- Review and provide feedback on demo submissions, identifying artists with potential.
- Conduct thorough market research on emerging artists, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Support the A&R team in artist outreach, scheduling, and communication.
- Help maintain and update the artist database and talent pipeline.
- Assist with the coordination and logistics for artist showcases, meetings, and events.
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations on scouting efforts and artist potential.
- Monitor social media and streaming platforms for new talent and industry buzz.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for artist development and marketing strategies.
