The dynamic nature of the music industry demands someone who is not only creative but also possesses strong business acumen, capable of understanding market trends, negotiating effectively, and contributing to the overall success of our roster. We’re looking for someone deeply embedded in music culture, with an innate curiosity and a proactive approach to discovering the next wave of talent. Your dedication will help shape not just our label, but the careers of artists who will define tomorrow’s sound.
