Key Responsibilities
- Support senior architects with project documentation, reports, and proposals.
- Prepare high-quality design presentations, mood boards, and material selections.
- Assist with CAD drafting (2D and 3D) and BIM modeling under supervision.
- Conduct research on building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable materials.
- Coordinate with external consultants, suppliers, and contractors as required.
- Manage and organize project files, drawings, and digital archives.
- Participate in client meetings and site visits to gain practical experience.
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in architectural CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit).
- Strong visual and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Familiarity with rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape).
- Knowledge of German building regulations (Bauordnung, HOAI).
