Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software.
- Conduct thorough feasibility studies, site analyses, and spatial planning.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary consultant teams.
- Ensure strict compliance with UK building codes, planning regulations, and relevant industry standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Oversee construction administration activities, including regular site visits and progress meetings.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architectural staff, fostering their professional growth.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
