As an Architect with Career.zycto, you will be instrumental in all phases of architectural design and project management. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process from concept development to construction documentation.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and schedules using CAD and BIM software.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Mauritius.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Oversee construction administration, including site visits and review of contractor submittals.
- Develop and integrate sustainable design principles and innovative building technologies.
- Mentor junior architects and actively participate in design reviews and team meetings.
- Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Required Skills
