Key Responsibilities
- Assist architects and designers in preparing detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using CAD software.
- Support the team in conducting research for various design concepts, materials, building codes, and sustainability practices.
- Prepare presentations, graphic layouts, and visual aids for client meetings and internal reviews.
- Help with the compilation and organization of project documentation, specifications, and reports.
- Learn and apply relevant architectural software to enhance project workflow and design visualization.
- Participate in site visits (as required) to understand project progress and practical application of designs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, contributing ideas and taking initiative on assigned tasks.
- Maintain an organized digital and physical archive of project files and resources.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the design department as needed.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Basic understanding of architectural principles and drafting standards.
- Strong visual communication and graphic presentation skills.
