Key Responsibilities

  • Scan and digitize physical records, ensuring high-quality images and accurate metadata capture.
  • Index and catalog new and existing materials to facilitate easy retrieval and searchability.
  • Maintain the physical arrangement of archive materials, ensuring proper storage conditions and accessibility.
  • Conduct regular audits and inventories of archive holdings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with retrieving and re-shelving documents as requested by various departments.
  • Adhere strictly to data protection, confidentiality, and security protocols for sensitive information.
  • Provide administrative support for archiving projects, including preparing reports and tracking progress.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with archive records or systems.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in administrative support or data entry.
