Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for individual artists, aligning with their artistic vision and career objectives.
  • Manage and oversee artists' online presence, including social media, websites, and digital content creation, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships, collaborations, and opportunities to enhance artist visibility and market reach.
  • Act as a primary liaison between artists and external stakeholders, including media, promoters, and industry professionals.
  • Monitor market trends, audience engagement, and brand performance, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop compelling press kits, promotional materials, and narrative content to support artist branding and media outreach.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to artists on public relations, media training, and professional presentation.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or public relations, preferably within the arts, entertainment, or creative industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective brand strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
