Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and onboard new artists across various disciplines (visual arts, music, performing arts, digital art, etc.) to the Career.zycto platform.
- Develop and implement comprehensive outreach strategies to engage with local and international artist communities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with artists, artist managers, galleries, and art institutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for artists, providing support, guidance, and information about Career.zycto's offerings.
- Organize and participate in workshops, webinars, and networking events to attract and educate artists.
- Gather feedback from artists to help inform product development and service improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling materials that showcase artist success stories and platform benefits.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for artist engagement.
- Track and report on outreach activities, artist engagement metrics, and success rates.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in artist relations, community management, outreach, or partnership development.
- Deep understanding and appreciation for the arts and creative industries.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Proven ability to build and nurture strong professional relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic or other languages relevant to the MENA region.
