Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Utilize various hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform assembly tasks.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections on assembled products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
- Identify and report any defects, malfunctions, or deviations in parts or processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and troubleshoot issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and training sessions.
- Document assembly processes and maintain accurate production records as required.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
