Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in daily retail operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise retail staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock counts, receiving, merchandising, and replenishment.
  • Manage cash handling procedures, daily reports, and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including loss prevention strategies.
  • Support strategic initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to team members.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
