Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in daily retail operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Drive sales performance and ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds sales targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise retail staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock counts, receiving, merchandising, and replenishment.
- Manage cash handling procedures, daily reports, and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including loss prevention strategies.
- Support strategic initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
