Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash management.
  • Supervise, motivate, and train retail staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
  • Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, promoting products, and implementing sales strategies.
  • Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and appealing.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in scheduling staff and managing labor costs effectively.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events and marketing initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager.
