Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash management.
- Supervise, motivate, and train retail staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, promoting products, and implementing sales strategies.
- Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in scheduling staff and managing labor costs effectively.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional events and marketing initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager.
