Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome all visitors, providing excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression.
- Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for the attraction, sharing information about its history, exhibits, and amenities.
- Ensure the safety and security of visitors and the site, adhering to all operational procedures and emergency protocols.
- Assist with visitor enquiries, resolving issues efficiently and courteously to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas, reporting any maintenance needs.
- Manage visitor flow, queue lines, and access points, particularly during peak times or special events.
- Process ticket sales and manage bookings accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Support colleagues and management in the overall operation of the attraction.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within hospitality, retail, or tourism.
- A genuinely friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, especially in busy periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
