Key Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot professional audio recording, mixing, and mastering equipment.
- Record, edit, mix, and master audio content for various projects, including music, podcasts, video, and interactive media.
- Set up and calibrate audio systems for studio sessions, live events, and remote productions, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate effectively with producers, artists, creative directors, and other team members to achieve desired sonic outcomes and fulfill project briefs.
- Implement sound design elements, special effects, and audio restoration techniques as required.
- Manage and organize audio assets, sessions, and project files efficiently.
- Ensure all audio productions adhere to strict quality standards, technical specifications, and project deadlines.
Required Skills
- Proven proficiency with industry-standard Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, Ableton Live, or Cubase.
- Comprehensive understanding of acoustics, signal flow, microphone techniques, audio physics, and digital audio theory.
- Expertise in stereo and multi-channel mixing and mastering techniques across various genres and media.
- Hands-on experience with analogue and digital audio consoles, outboard gear, and various audio interfaces.
