Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital audit documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry for various audit-related information and records.
  • Assist audit teams in retrieving and preparing necessary documents for reviews, ensuring all materials are complete and easily accessible.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and security of all sensitive client and company information.
  • Scan, index, and archive documents, ensuring proper categorization and version control.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation, identifying and flagging any discrepancies.
  • Support the audit department with general administrative tasks as needed, contributing to overall team efficiency.
  • Adhere to all internal control procedures and external compliance standards.
