As an Audit Documentation Aide, you will be instrumental in supporting our audit teams by ensuring all client documentation is meticulously organized, accurately filed, and readily accessible. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize audit working papers and client documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform data entry and verification tasks, meticulously reviewing financial records and supporting documents.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems in accordance with MNP's internal policies and professional standards.
  • Assist audit teams with the preparation and assembly of audit files, reports, and presentations.
  • Communicate effectively with audit professionals to clarify documentation requirements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality protocols and data security measures for all client information.
  • Support the audit process by retrieving requested documentation and providing administrative assistance.
  • Proactively identify and suggest improvements for documentation processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative, data entry, or documentation management role (1-2 years minimum).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to interact professionally with team members.
