Your primary responsibility will involve managing and organizing a vast array of confidential client documentation, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and accessibility for our audit professionals. You will work closely with auditors, senior managers, and other team members, gaining valuable insight into the world of professional accounting and auditing standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, file, and maintain audit workpapers, client documentation, and other confidential records, both physical and electronic, ensuring proper indexing and easy retrieval.
  • Perform data entry and verification tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist audit teams with preparing, assembling, and distributing engagement letters, financial statements, and other client deliverables.
  • Manage and track the flow of client information and documentation, ensuring all necessary items are received and processed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with BDO's internal quality control procedures and relevant professional standards regarding documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Assurance & Accounting team as needed, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and firm data.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks to support the overall efficiency of the audit practice.

Required Skills
