Key Responsibilities
- Organize, maintain, and archive audit documentation, ensuring all files are complete and easily accessible.
- Review audit working papers and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards.
- Assist senior auditors and managers in preparing audit reports and financial statements.
- Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory guidelines and internal quality control policies.
- Identify and address any discrepancies or missing information in audit files.
- Coordinate with audit teams to gather necessary information and clarify documentation requirements.
- Manage electronic and physical document flow, implementing efficient filing and retrieval systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes and procedures.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks related to the audit department as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative or documentation-focused role, preferably within accounting or finance.
