Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate damage assessments and create detailed repair plans.

- Apply body fillers, prime, and prepare vehicle surfaces for painting with meticulous attention to detail.
- Inspect finished work for quality, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with paint technicians, mechanics, and service advisors.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Keep up-to-date with new repair techniques, vehicle technologies, and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or Panel Beater.
- Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG) and metal fabrication.
- Strong understanding of vehicle body construction and repair methodologies.
- Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Valid UK driving license.
Preferred Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Body Repair.
- ATA (Automotive Technician Accreditation) in Panel or MET.
