Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training sessions and workshops, demonstrating a strong eagerness to learn.
- Assist senior mechanics with routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and safety checks under supervision.
- Learn to diagnose common automotive issues using diagnostic tools and observation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Follow instructions diligently and ask clarifying questions when needed.
- Shadow experienced technicians to observe and understand repair procedures and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding progress and challenges.

Required Skills
