Key Responsibilities
- Assist certified technicians with routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and minor component replacements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service bay, tools, and equipment, adhering to safety and housekeeping standards.
- Perform basic pre-delivery inspections and quality checks on vehicles as instructed.
- Transport vehicles within the service center and lot safely and efficiently.
- Help replenish workshop supplies and ensure materials are readily available for technicians.
- Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and environmental regulations diligently.
- Learn and strictly adhere to Moçambique Automóvel’s service standards and customer care procedures.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and offering support to colleagues.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated strong willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or a genuine interest in automotive technology and vehicles.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
