Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on various automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, HVAC).
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and software to accurately identify and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
- Conduct quality control checks and road tests to ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standards and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status, repair estimates, and preventative maintenance recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Stay current with automotive technology, repair techniques, and manufacturer specifications through continuous training and self-study.
- Document all services performed accurately and thoroughly using our digital record-keeping system.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle systems.
- Strong proficiency with diagnostic scan tools and automotive software.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
