Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues accurately using specialized tools and software.
- Execute repairs and maintenance tasks on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and electrical components.
- Conduct routine service and preventative maintenance, such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and tune-ups.
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly, identify worn parts, and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
- Accurately document all repairs performed, parts used, and hours worked on each job.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status, repair estimates, and technical explanations.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with automotive technology.
