Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough security screenings of passengers, baggage, cargo, and airport staff.
- Operate and monitor advanced security equipment, including X-ray machines, metal detectors, and body scanners.
- Perform manual searches and pat-downs in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
- Control access to restricted areas and ensure only authorized personnel and vehicles enter.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, objects, or individuals to supervisors and relevant authorities.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively, following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and detailed reports of all security-related activities and incidents.
- Provide clear and professional instructions to passengers and staff regarding security procedures.
- Collaborate with law enforcement, airport management, and other security agencies to maintain a secure environment.
- Adhere strictly to all aviation security regulations, policies, and procedures set by the Department for Transport (DfT), Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), and the client.

- Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license.
- Knowledge of relevant aviation security regulations (e.g., DfT, CAA).
- First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
- Conflict resolution or de-escalation training.
