Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
- Implement and manage Azure networking components (VNets, VPN Gateways, ExpressRoute, Load Balancers, Application Gateways).
- Administer and optimize Azure compute resources (VMs, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Functions) and storage solutions (Blob, Files, Disks).
- Monitor cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost efficiency using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and other tools.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate deployment and release processes.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements across all Azure deployments.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate applications into Azure environments and provide technical guidance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Azure infrastructure and services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure services, features, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Security, Identity).
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, Firewalls).
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).
- Demonstrable experience with security best practices in Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and containerization technologies (Docker).
- Familiarity with database services in Azure (Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB).
- Prior experience working in a global, remote-first team.
