Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and market research.

  • Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and forecast sales accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in recruitment, HR services, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and effective pipeline management.
