Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of server-side logic, databases, and APIs.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues, contributing to the resolution of technical problems.
- Learn and apply new technologies, tools, and best practices as required by projects.
- Contribute to technical documentation, including API specifications and system designs.
- Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of backend systems under guidance.
Required Skills
- Solid understanding of at least one backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, Ruby, C#).
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Basic knowledge of RESTful API design principles and concepts.
- Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
