Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, tarts, and other baked goods from scratch following established recipes and quality standards.
- Develop and experiment with new pastry and bread recipes, flavors, and presentation styles to innovate and refresh menu offerings.
- Manage and maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, ensuring proper storage and minimizing waste.
- Operate and maintain all baking equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
- Decorate and finish pastries and desserts with precision and artistic flair.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate production and ensure timely delivery of items.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff or apprentices as needed.
- Monitor product quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary to uphold standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen or bakery.
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, pastry preparation, and dessert creation.

- Strong artistic and creative decorating skills.
