Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and manage returns or exchanges.
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions about products, and offer recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, display cases, and customer seating areas.
- Ensure baked goods are presented attractively and shelves are well-stocked.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash register reconciliation.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
