Key Responsibilities

  • Assist bakers with daily tasks, including preparing ingredients, mixing doughs, and shaping products.
  • Measure and weigh ingredients accurately according to recipes.
  • Prepare baking pans, trays, and other equipment for use.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Wash dishes, clean floors, and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Receive and store inventory deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and freshness of ingredients.
  • Assist with packaging and labeling finished bakery products.
  • Follow instructions from senior bakers and kitchen management meticulously.
  • Operate basic bakery equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
