Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, products, and services, providing clear and concise information.
  • Identify customer needs and cross-sell appropriate basic banking products and services, such as savings accounts, debit cards, and online banking.
  • Adhere strictly to all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines.
  • Assist customers with account opening and maintenance, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed correctly.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases to senior officers when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security for all customer information and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance banking knowledge and skills.
