Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cheque cashing, and loan payments.
- Handle cash and negotiable instruments responsibly, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Balance cash drawer daily, investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell or refer appropriate banking products and services, such as accounts, loans, and investment options.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong customer relationships.
- Educate customers on various banking services and digital channels.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere strictly to data protection guidelines.
- Comply with all bank policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Assist with branch opening and closing procedures as required.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
