Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, transfers).
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer, balancing at the start and end of each shift.
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell appropriate bank products and services.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on bank services.
- Adhere strictly to all banking laws, regulations, and internal security procedures.
- Verify customer identities and transaction legitimacy to prevent fraud.
- Promote a positive and professional image of the bank at all times.
- Educate customers on digital banking options and self-service tools.
- Process loan payments, utility bills, and other financial services.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
