Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
- Verify customer identities and transaction details to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and balance cash drawers daily.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and explaining banking products and services clearly.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services that meet customer needs.
- Adhere strictly to all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Educate customers on alternative banking channels such as online banking and ATMs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance overall customer experience.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in maintaining a neat and organized teller station and branch environment.
