Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, cheque cashing, and money transfers.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of bank products and services to effectively assist customers and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Verify customer identities, signatures, and account information to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile any discrepancies promptly.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding account balances, transaction history, and banking procedures.
- Adhere strictly to all banking policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Promote a positive and professional image of the bank by delivering outstanding customer service.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the branch as required.
