Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and transfers.
- Verify customer identities and transaction details to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with bank procedures and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and assist clients with account-related issues or service requests.

- Balance cash drawer daily, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
