Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer by adhering to established procedures and policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate bank products or services.
  • Adhere strictly to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including security protocols.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures for the branch.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Operate banking software and hardware, including ATMs, cash recyclers, and scanners.
